Disclaimer: Not all features shown are available with the standard LilyPad Vortex package. AutoBilling is only available to LilyPad 3PL users.
- Auto Billing — Turns on the Auto Billing function, giving users the ability to send recurring monthly bills. The 3PL package comes with 4 reports/billing options, and additional reports can be customized to the user’s needs. Auto Billing lets the user run reports on recurring charges (e.g., storage fees, cleaning services) under the “Reports” tab.
- Quickship (Customer/Salesperson) — When ON, automatically picks, packs, and ships the order in Fishbowl.
- Day of Month — Sets the day of the month that Auto Billing runs.
- Time — Sets the time of day that Auto Billing reports are run.
In the AutoBilling setting you can see which reports you currently have and turn them off or on. If an AutoBilling report is off, it will not appear under the Reports tab at the top right.
