Disclaimer: Not all features shown are available with the standard LilyPad Vortex package.
- Manager View (Salesperson) — When on, a Manager View drop-down becomes available while creating a new salesperson, letting that user act as “manager” over other selected users. When the manager logs into Vortex, a drop-down in the upper right lets them log in as any salesperson they manage. Any number of salespeople can be placed under a manager.
- Price Override (Salesperson) — Lets salespeople override system pricing by altering the cost of products in the shopping cart under “Unit Price.”
- Hide Item Type (Salesperson) — Items added to the cart always default to “Sale.” Item Type can be viewed/changed in the cart under “Type” (other options are D/S and C/R).
- Show Last Cost (Salesperson) — Shows the “Last Cost” drop-down in the shopping cart. Data is cached when an item is added to the cart.
- Hide Existing Address (Salesperson) — Requires the user to add a new address at checkout; the existing address drop-down is no longer viewable.
- Hide Inventory (Salesperson) — Prevents salespeople from seeing current product inventory (normally shown as “Avail” on tiles and “QTY avail” in carts).
- Add Customer (Salesperson) — Lets the salesperson create new Fishbowl customers directly through LilyPad.
- Allow Order Backdating (Customer/Salesperson) — Lets users select a past date at checkout for the “Req Shipping Date.”
- Select Pricing Rule (Salesperson) — Lets the salesperson set which pricing rules apply to a line item, shown as a “Price Rule” drop-down in the cart.
- Print 4″ Receipt (Salesperson) — Prints a small receipt of the submitted order.
- Tax Line-Item Toggle (Salesperson) — Lets salespeople override tax options in the cart, appearing as a checkbox under “Tax.”
- Tax Rate Drop Down (Salesperson) — Lets salespeople select tax rates on an order, appearing under subtotal in the cart as “Tax Rate.”
