Site Add-On: Global #
- Enable Custom External Header Link — Adds a new icon on the LilyPad site that customers/users can click to go directly to a preset link. The link, text, and one of 5 icons are set in the sub-options.
- Enable Site Terminology — This add on will change the wording of some parts of LilyPad to match certain professions.
For Example the image below shows the changed terminology for the Medical profession. - Auto Assign Product Trees — Automatically enables any newly created Fishbowl product trees for all customer/salesperson accounts, so you don’t have to assign new trees account-by-account.
- Enable Promotions — Set up promotions that discount products or offer “buy one, get one free” deals. Once activated, you can set the promotion type, percentage off, and start/end dates. You must create a discount item in Fishbowl to assign to the promotion. Use the Buy X / Get Y setting for BOGO deals (e.g., Buy X = 1, Get Y = 2), and the Multiplier setting to choose how many times the promotion can trigger per order. Active promotions show a green check; inactive show a red X.
Site Add-On: Product #
- Multiple Product Images — Add up to 5 images per product, entered directly in LilyPad (not Fishbowl) via the new “Product Catalog” button or the Full Details Page. You can set the default image, and multiple images display as a carousel with left/right arrows.
- Use Product URL for Image — Pull product images from an external source rather than only the image placed in Fishbowl.
- Product Purchase History — Run an Order History Report from the shopping cart page for each product (Actions column → “Order History”) to see the last orders the product was purchased on, including dates and quantities.
- Hide Items with 0 Available for Sale — Hides products that are completely out of inventory so customers cannot purchase them; they reappear when inventory is added in Fishbowl.
- Use Product Level Class — Select from different QuickBooks classes for line items on a sales order.
Site Add-On: Location #
- Map Region to Specific Location Groups — Admins can map Fishbowl region codes to location groups (e.g., all orders placed in Florida are automatically routed to Salt Lake City for fulfillment).
Site Add-On: Salespeople, Customers and Guests #
- Customer Grouping — Lets customers choose other customers they can place orders for, instead of only their assigned customer name. Admins assign these in the Users tab when editing the customer account.
- Currency Conversion — Displays the chosen default currency (USD, CAD, etc.) as the pricing throughout the site.
- Import Customer Users — Admins can download a CSV template and bulk-import customer accounts into LilyPad from the Customer User page.
- Simple Order CSV Import — Customers can download a simple CSV template, fill it out, and re-upload it (“Import Orders”) to create a sales order in Fishbowl.
- Show Customer Available For Sale Inventory — Makes the full inventory table visible to all customers on the product Full Details Page.
- Transfer Order Toggle — Lets salespeople create Transfer Orders on Fishbowl via a new drop-down to switch between Transfer Orders and Sales Orders.
- Simple Order CSV Import — This add-on allows Salespeople to place orders using CSV files.
Users will download the CSV template from the top right corner of LilyPad and the add in the product SKU, quantity and customer. They can then upload the filled out CSVfile using the same button they downloaded the template from. - Move — Lets salespeople move product inventory between locations, directly reflected in Fishbowl.
- Pick Pack Ship Orders — For products with part tracking, tracking numbers can be chosen at checkout, after which salespeople can Pick/Pack/Ship orders directly at checkout.
- Guest Access — This add-on will allow “Guests” to login to your Lilypad site without having an account made for them.
This will allow anybody to visit your Lilypad site to view the products you are selling and their prices.
If a user wants to place an order after viewing the site as a guest, they can reach out to the LilyPad site owners to get an account created for them
Site Add-On: Tax #
- AvaTax Calculation Service — Required if you currently use Avalara Tax and plan to use/accept tax through LilyPad.
- All Items Taxable — Sets all cart items as taxable unless the customer is set as tax-exempt in Fishbowl. Tax must also be enabled through the LilyPad Tax settings.
Site Add-On: Display #
- Log In Page Display — Admins can change the wording on the login page, including the text above the username/password box and the expiration date wording.
Site Add-On: auto billing #
- Enable auto billing — This add-on will enable auto billing on the LilyPad site. auto billing enables recurring fees to be sent out to customers.
These fees can include things like Incoming/Outgoing order fees or monthly storage fees for inventory.
These fees are setup as auto billing reports that get created through LilyPad.
