Any modern Android or iOS handheld, tablet or phone, plus dedicated rugged scanners and ring scanners. If it has a camera or an integrated imager, it can run WMS — there is no special hardware lock-in.

Yes. WMS works with Fishbowl, Katana and Cin7, and we can build it for other systems. On Fishbowl, it connects directly to your Fishbowl server, and every pick, pack, ship, receive, count, move and transfer reads and writes against Fishbowl in real time, so the floor and the office are always looking at the same numbers.

Yes. WMS is a live extension of your ERP, so it needs an active connection to it (your Fishbowl server, or your Katana or Cin7 account) to read and post inventory. It is designed to run live alongside your ERP rather than as a disconnected, store-and-forward app.

On Fishbowl, your existing Fishbowl users can log in. WMS authenticates against Fishbowl itself rather than adding a separate login system, so the people who can use it are exactly the users in your Fishbowl license — nothing extra to provision and no license rules to work around.

Standard 1D barcodes (UPC, EAN, Code 128 and more) and 2D codes (QR, DataMatrix). Our 2D Barcode Mapping tool lets you map the labels you already print — including pallet tags and vendor labels — without reprinting your inventory.
