When the order ships in Fishbowl, Connect marks it fulfilled in Shopify with the tracking number, so the order status your customer sees is always current.
Inventory

Fishbowl's stock levels are pushed to Shopify for each location you choose, so the store only sells what's really on the shelf.
Returns
BOTH WAYS
Returns opened in Shopify come into Fishbowl. Once you receive the goods back in Fishbowl, the return is processed and closed in Shopify. Fishbowl Advanced only.

Decide how often each sync runs. Every run is logged, and anything that fails is flagged with the reason.
