Disclaimer: Not all features shown are available with the standard LilyPad Vortex package.

  • Check “Same as Main” for Bill To (Customer) — Lets the user set the billing address to the main address saved for the customer.
  • Check “Same as Main” for Ship To (Customer) — When creating a new customer, lets the user set the shipping address to the main address saved for the customer.
  • Hide Customer Account Number Field (Customer) — Hides the customer account number. The account number is found in the “i” next to the customer name in the header. Customer information is displayed after clicking the blue box with lines next to the customer’s name; address and ship-to locations are viewable from the “Profile” tab.
  • Payment Terms (Customer) — Lets the user set payment terms for customers, removing the customer’s ability to choose their own.
  • Customer Group (Customer) — Lets the user set up the customer group. Multiple groups can be selected using semicolons.
  • Send Notification Emails (Customer) — Sends a basic email notification when a customer is created, and unlocks the Email Recipient and Email Subject settings.
  • Email Recipient — Sends a notification to a specific email every time a customer is created in Vortex.
  • Email Subject — Lets users specify the subject of the email that gets sent out.

Customer Access #

  • No New Addresses (Customer) — Prevents customers from creating a new address at checkout; they can only choose an existing one. Removes “New Address” under shipping information on the checkout page.
  • Hide Existing Address (Customer) — Requires the customer to enter a new address at checkout. Removes “Existing Address” under shipping information on the checkout page.
  • Hide Pricing (Customer) — Customers cannot see product prices anywhere in Vortex (product tiles, shopping cart, or checkout).
  • Hide Credit Limit (Customer) — Customers cannot see the credit limit, normally viewable at the top of checkout.
  • Hide Fishbowl Orders (Customer) — Orders sent from Fishbowl are not shown to the customer when reviewing orders from the “Orders” drop-down.
  • Print 4″ Receipt (Customer) — Prints a receipt after an order is submitted.
