Running a Report #

In the Reports setting, you can specify who has access to which reports — only Salespeople, only Customers, or both.

To run a report, click the report from the “Reports” drop-down on the left side of the Vortex page. Select the information you want on the report and click the “Run Report” button. A new tab opens displaying the report. You can also export it to PDF or Excel, print it, or email it using the buttons at the top right.

Entering Support Information #

To enter the information that appears in the “Need Help” section, go to the Support Info setting. There are three options for entering support information: None, Custom Message, and Website Redirect.

The Custom Message option lets users enter a phone number, email address, and a free text message. This is what the Custom Message looks like after a user clicks the “Need Help” button.

Website Redirect makes the “Need Help” button act as a hyperlink. Clicking “Need Help” takes the user directly to the entered website URL — there is no pop-up like with Custom Message.

Entering Terms and Conditions #

The Terms and Conditions setting lets the user enter any additional information they want to set for their site. Go to the Terms and Conditions setting and enter your information into the text box.

Note: If nothing is entered in the Terms and Conditions setting, the Terms and Conditions button at the bottom of the page will not appear.
