Individualized On-Site Training
LilyPad Application's training staff is made up of professionals with experience in both your software platform’s inventory operation and real world experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Accounting tasks. Training can be scheduled for groups or individuals, using test data or copies of your actual database. Let us work together with you to create an inventory Training Program that works for you. We believe in a two-tier training approach, working with your senior managers on an Implementation Team to set the parameters and goals for the system by understanding all the features of your software platform’s inventory and how they can fit into your current and future business processes.
Implementation Team Training
Overview
Provides a detailed explanation of the inventory software, focusing on the settings that will have the greatest impact on your software implementation. Our experienced trainers, along with insights from our implementation team experts, have identified the critical areas for setting up Parts, Products, Bills of Material, and other components of the system to ensure a successful rollout.
Target Audience
For your software implementation team or management. This training is specifically designed for those overseeing the implementation process and has proven effective in identifying potential issues before they arise.
On-Site Training for Users
Overview
Once your processes are defined and the system is configured to fit your environment and business needs, we can develop tailored training materials and plans.
By going directly “onto the floor,” our trainers work with your employees in their actual work environment, either one on one or in small groups, guiding them through their tasks using your software platform.

Training Delivery Options
Training can be delivered remotely, on-site, or at an offsite location. We can format the training as a classic classroom-style session or as one-on-one instruction. For companies further along in the process, we can arrange question and answer sessions where specific topics related to your software platform are addressed based on user input.

Our coaching service allows users access to the knowledge gained by our Implementation Professionals through years of experience. Apply this experience to guide your project to a successful completion.

A comprehensive, easy to use, web-based, self-administered tool which assists you in determining which aspects of your business relate directly to the configuration of your software platform. Based on your responses, you will receive clear, specific instructions and recommendations for your project. Prior to delivery, each dialog report is reviewed by an experienced Implementation Professional to assure you get the benefit of their years of experience.
4 Hours of Focused Remote Training
Provided by Sharpe Concepts. Using the results of the analysis, we will provide training on the specifc features of the system you need for your business.
5 Coaching Sessions
Work with an experienced implementation specialist to cover whatever is needed to make your software purchase successful:

2 Go Live Reviews
Before going live with your software, an implementation professional will review your project and highlight any areas of concern. After the system is live, they will assess any issues encountered and work with you to create a plan for resolving challenges that may arise during full production use.
